AVERAGE RULES (15 PINS OVER LAST YEAR'S AVERAGE RULE IS IN EFFECT)

If a bowler has a sport or challenge league average, It must be converted to a "house" condition average. That adjusted average must be used if, after adjustment, it is the highest league average.
No composite averages will be used.
PLEASE NOTE: Bowlers should be prepared to prove that they qualify to bowl in this tournament by showing proper identification when they check in for bowling. Postal and Federal Employees must have proof of employment. Non-postal or non-federal employees must bowl in Team Event and Singles & Doubles to be eligible. Any bowler who violates this rule will be subject to immediate disqualification.

ALL NON-CERTIFIED BOWLERS MUST BECOME CERTIFIED BY TOURNAMENT RULES BEFORE THEY WILL BE PREMITTED TO BOWL. THIS APPLIES TO BOTH MEN AND WOMEN. (Bowlers without a certified average bowling in non-certified
leagues, must have a final league average sheet from that league and an average will be assigned by the tournament manager.) Rule 319c applies.

At time of bowling if your average of 21 games or more is 15 or more pins higher than last year's average, the current average must be used. If no average from these two seasons, the tournament manager may assign an average of no less than 150
